  Be very very careful if you are going to buy used appliances from John's they don't seem to have high integrity and will sell you appliances that do not working properly.

  Actually I have never had them repair anything..I'm a do it yourself kind of gal.But,They are the first place I go when I need a part.When no one else has or Lowe's says "oh you need to order that part because it's brand specific" They have the part I need. The first time I went there I looked on line for a part cheapest I found was around $30 I went to Lowe's and was told it had to be ordered. My then 17 year old son was with me and I said "I know there's an appliance store around here I'll check there" He said"they aren't going to have it ,It's a waste of time". I walked in and walked out with my washers water inlet valve in less than 5 min and under $20 !! I didn't even have the model# or year I only had the broken piece and they found it for me. When I walked out carrying the piece my sons mouth dropped open he just stared It was hilarious!! He said "is that?" I said "yep they had it" He said "but how...Your kidding...Your a witch!!!" ( he thought I must have used "majick to get the piece" As of that moment I ALWAYS check at Johns first!!
